What happens if seller country law does not allow sellers to sell homemade food?
Then the seller should refrain from selling homemade food or anything that is illegal in his/her country to be sold online.
Can sellers ship outside of their residential countries?
No, sellers are only allowed to sell and ship within the country they currently reside in.
Are buyers entitled to a refund and an exchange?
Buyers have to check with the seller if they are entitled to a refund and an exchange. Read sellers refund and exchange policy.
What happens if the seller, refuse to give the buyer a refund or an exchange?
That depends on the sellers’ refund and return policies. If the buyer feels the sellers have not been fulfilling his side of the trade, buyer should reach out to us, dispute@eopshops.nz to look in the matter to make sure each side has gotten a fair resolution based on the seller policies. Are used underwears allowed on the platform?
No, sellers are not allowed to sell underwears on the platform. We dont want anyone to get a sexual transamitted diseas from used underwears. It’s just not ethical and yucky.
Are traders of brand new products allowed to sell on Green Trade?
No, Green Trade is only for trading second-hand or used items.Unless the new item is a gift or something you bought but never used.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
You must contact the seller. If they do not satisfy you with the outcome, you can reach out to us at orders@eopshops.nz
Can users list items for free?
No, you must at least sell the item for $1. This is because the platform cost to list items. Our success fees are already signifigantly low compare to the overall market, so we need to make sure we won’t get in trouble with running the site. Because we will not be able to continue to spread this intelligent movement.
