We want to emphasize that we make every effort to be fair on all users. To make this platform as trustworthy as much as it can be for all to have a great experience using our platform. On sellers’ conditions we have clearly emphasized the need for sellers to showcase all signs of use through detailed descriptions and high-quality photographs. So as to give you an honest representation of the condition of the items, allowing you to make informed purchasing decisions.
Please keep in mind that these signs of use can vary from item to item. While some products may have minimal wear and look nearly new, others may have more noticeable signs of use.
Antiques, vintage and other objects.
These items are old stuff as we already know. Some are as old as our grandparents; some are just old. These items wear and signs of use give them a character and charm of their own. We believe that each item tells a unique story, and the imperfections can add to their appeal. But of course, this is not the case with clothing, shoes and all fabric made items unless it is an antique or vintage.

All refunds and return issues are the sellers responsibility. We advise you to always read sellers refund/ return/exchange policy before you purchase from them.
You as a buyer must take responsibility to make sure you ask all the relevant questions and to read seller descriptions carefully before you make a purchase.
Sometimes the seller has done their best to look for faults in an item but may have missed it for some reason. Sellers will often mention this in their listings. If you see this statement, ask the seller if there will be a refund if you come across a fault that the seller missed.
Watch out for phrases like, “selling as it is.” ask the seller more detail questions to get a clear knowledge of what you’re looking at. If you find on an item description where the seller has mentioned ”
“No refund” it means you need to ask more questions and your questions should be clear.
The item did not look like in the picture of the listing.
If you receive the item and it does not look like the listing picture, the seller is not responsible for the item not looking like the picture. Sellers could only try so much to make the items they are selling online looking like in reality.
There is always a risk when buying online, as things appear on screens differently than if you are holding the time and inspect it in person. Screens settings of colours and lightings varies from screen to screen, so there is no way to make things appear like they would in reality. The seller at this point, is helpless and not know what to do to make the item they’re selling, appear like it would in reality. So do bear this in mind when buying online. However, you can always discuss the matter with the seller in a professional manner to avoid any misunderstanding.
It’s important to understand you are buying off a computer screen or your phone screen. Which means things won’t always look like the pictures when they arrive.
Change Of Mind
Unfortunately, changing your mind will not give you a refund, unless the seller has stated in his/her policy you can get a refund or an exchange under these circumstances.

Electrical products safety is very important to us, it is our priority make sure no one gets hurt from any electrical product they buy through our marketplace. We take this matter seriously.
Baby Gears
Breast bumps are not allowed on the marketplace. If you happened to come across one for sale, we urge you to report the listing to us. If, however, you decide to buy the products thought it is a violation of seller’s conditions of selling. We will not interfere in any dispute that may arise from the purchase. As for the seller, there will be consequences of such violation.

Brams is allowed but more cautions in needed from seller. Seller must say the Bram has been fully tested. Car seats are to be fully tested before they are listed on smart living marketplace.
You must read full description of these products. The seller must say on the description “it has been fully tested”. If you don’t find this statement on the listing; report it to us. Please read seller condition of selling for more information.
There is no refund for items that are not allowed on the marketplace if you decide to buy them and take the risk. You are responsible for any issues that might arises as a result of the product not being fit for the person made for or any harm done to anyone if the product was not tested by the seller to meet useable standards.
Public health and children health and safety is important to us, we take this matter seriously.
Undergarments
No undergarments are allowed to be sold on the marketplace with the exception of bras and slips. Under wears and sports compression shorts are not allowed, to be sold on the platform. We urge you to report any listing you come across. Public health is important to us.
If you come across a listing and you decide to purchase instead of reporting the listing, we will not interfere in any dispute you have with the seller. The seller will face the consequences for policy violation.
Furnitures
We expect sellers to reveal all damages on Furnitures. From scratches to broken pieces and to mention any repairs. To be clear with a detailed description that will help you to make informed purchasing decisions. Ask the seller for more clear images to showcase any issues.
By not fulfilling this obligation the seller should give you a refund. We expect sellers to be professional and take responsibility for their careless actions, be it intentionally or not. If the seller does not cooperate, you can contact us.
